In prison, Barry is discovered to be the Flash, and the prison’s Warden, Gregory Wolfe, plans to sell him and The Thinker’s captured creations to Amunet Black, a metahuman who trades in superheroes and technology on the blackmarket. DeVoe, however, still lives, his mind transferred into the body for Dominic Lanse, one of the twelve metahumans created in The Thinkers plot. Training Ralph to use his powers, they pursue the mysterious DeVoe, arriving at his recently discovered house to find not an imposing villain, but a middle aged man in a wheelchair instead. Despite his criminal past, Ralph becomes an official member of the team.
